But the use of certain features require us to do it in order to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify and confirm payments, when an app features in-app purchases.<\/li>\n<li>To show you advertisements in the service, if an app features them.<\/li>\n<li>To access device\u2019s hardware for additional purposes, such as using your GPS or your device\u2019s camera. Each application will ask for permissions to use this data and explain why it needs it when required. We won\u2019t store this data unless a service requires it to work properly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h1>BUT WHAT DO WE COLLECT?<\/h1>\n<p>Not that much. Just the bare minimum for certain features to work properly:<\/p>\n<p>In our websites:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact form and messages require some contact information (name and email address) and your actual message, which will be stored in our mailbox or blog database.<\/li>\n<li>Cookies and such &#8211; the usual suspects. Information for basic usage analytics like knowing how many people visit each page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In our mobile games:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When submitting a high score to our leaderboards you will send your nickname, score, device ID and how much time you have played. This is the only piece of data our games actually collect and store, when they feature leaderboards.<\/li>\n<li>Games may make use of external services like IAP (In App Purchases), Analytics or Ad services, which usually require:<br \/>\n&#8211; Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language.<br \/>\n&#8211; Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI)General location data (IP based location).<br \/>\n&#8211; Data about your use of services, such as gameplay data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h1>WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA?<\/h1>\n<p>Apart from PlayMedusa, your data can be accessed by others in the following situations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Other companies and public authorities: In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests. We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.<\/li>\n<li>Third party tools: Our services may include third party tools to allow features such as in-app-purchases, in-game advertising or in-game analytics. We will always try to opt you out by default, but unfortunately we can\u2019t always do it for you.
